Our mother-in-law, Shirley Richards, operated a Cake Decorating Retail Store for over 20 years in the Sydney Hills District. Over the years, "The Cake Connection" provided an invaluable, complete cake decorating service. The Cake Connection sold supplies and equipment, provided a complete cake decorator service and conducted decorator classes. Well, Shirley decided to enjoy her later years and has retired.
Over the years, cake decorating has been a major part of our family life with us both taking part in the running of the business. We both realised with the closure of The Cake Connection, that we wanted to stay involved in the business and provide not only an online store for supplies and equipment; but to provide a one stop cake decorating business.
So Cake Decorating Central was born! Our aim is to provide a complete service to all cake decorators and encourage new decorators to have a go!
