With over 35 years experience in cake decorating around the globe Stella Abraham has established an innovative line of cake decorating tools and accessories. Stella has a passion for creating life like sugar and cold porcelain flowers. She has developed cutters, veiners and a range of specialist tools designed to create life-like flowers in just minutes.
As a winner of many cake shows and competitions including the Royal Melbourne show, Stella is committed to passing on her talents through live demonstrations, instructional videos and workshops. Featured in articles in the Melbourne age and the Monash Journal she is a well recognised expert in cake decorating.

Services Offered:Cake Decorating Courses
Classes are conducted by Award Winner at Royal Melbourne Show - Stella Abraham.
Basic course consists of 8 lessons. Classes cover butter icing, royal icing and fondant icing. We also offer special classes on hand made sugar and cold porcelain flowers. Orders are also taken for all occasion cakes.
