Busy Smockers is headed by Gwen Gladwin. She has been teaching Smocking and fine needlework for 16 years in Melbourne Australia, and interstate.
She has been involved in the testing of all models of the Australian made Amanda Jane Pleaters, so with Gwen's experience, she'll be able to assist you with any problems or the finer points of Smocking pleaters.
Gwen has been able to direct her energies into teaching many hundreds of women to smock for their families. This has given her much pleasure to spread this very old craft amongst other people.
