How long does delivery take / when will my order arrive?
All orders are sent off with in 3 business days of payment being received. Delivery can take up to 5 days with in Australia and up to 14 days for any international orders. Please feel free to contact us at any time on our contact page and we will answer your inquiry within the 24 hours of message being sent and will work out why you have not received your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods for Australian Buyers is Direct Bank Deposit, Paypal or cash on pick up. Please contact me if you wish to pick up. Payment methods for International Buyers is Paypal ONLY.

How do I calculate shipping cost?
Postage is calculated at the end of your shopping, you can find this out as you enter checkout and login. You will be given the option of Best Way or Australia Post, both are the same.

Shipping Internationally:
All orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please check with your country as to any extra charges when it arrives as Beautiful Babies is not held responsible for any added charges from your country.

Shipping Insurance (optional)
Insurance is optional with all products from Beautiful Babies.

Shipping and Handling of Finished Reborn Babies/Dolls
All finished babies will be posted through Australia Post. It will depend on weight and destination to the cost of the baby. You will receive a laminated birth certificate and Care Instructions. All of my babies are securely wrapped so that there is no damage done on their safe journey home. Please feel free to contact us for any other information.
