POSTAGE FEES - AUSTRALIA

 

Orders valued at $100 or over (excluding postage) will be delievered FREE.

 

All other orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier with a flat fee of $8.00 applying to all orders within Australia.

 

POSTAGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

International orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $25.00 Australian either by Australia Post or courier.

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

 

Delivery times may vary according to the efficiency of postal/courier services.

 

Extreme care is taken when packaging your order, however as we cannot be responsible for orders once they have left our care.

Please remember we WILL NOT be held responsible for parcels that go missing or are damaged after they have left our store. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post. Damaged parcels should be reported to AUSTRALIA POST who will provide claim forms upon request.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

You must notify us within 48hrs of receiving your order is there is a problem.

 

Where possible we will do our best to correct the situation and are happy to issue a refund or exchange if any product is faulty (excluding items damaged in transit). Please keep the product in the original packaging and return within 10 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not accept any returned goods COD or freight collect. Upon return, if we find that the products if faulty, shipping costs will be refunded.
