At Christina's Crafts we charge a flat rate depending on how heavy your order is please see table below, the weight of your order is automatically calculated when you check out.

 

We also charge a small handling fee of $3 per order.

Express Postal Charges

 

Flat Rate $25 Australia Wide - Maximum weight 3kg - size restrictions apply - please allow 1 - 2 working days for Australia post to deliver your order.

 

Please Note: 12" paper Does NOT fit into an Express Postal Bag. Orders containing 12" paper or over sized items cannot fit into an express envelope & will be sent by regular postage.

 

Handling Fee

 

A small handling fee of $3.00 is charged per order & is included in the costing of the postal chart above.

 

Pick up

 

Live locally? then you are welcome to come around to Christina's & pick up your order personally, you will need to phone Christina to make a suitable time 9752 6037, but there is no postage charges so you can spend more of your hard earned cash on all your arty supplies.

 

International Orders

 

All international Orders are shipped at Actual shipping costs plus a $5 handling fee. Your confirmation of order will show TBC where your shipping cost should be, this means that your shipping costs are To Be Calculated, we will then add the shipping postage & handling cost onto the total of your order for final payment.

 

Despatch and Delivery

 

What you see on our website is what is available for purchase immediately, at busy times we do run out of items and are unable to update our website, we do apoligise for this, but as a rule of thumb if it is displayed on our website it is instock & available for immediately delivery.

 

The exception to this rule is when an item is coded "Pre Order" or "Back Order".

 

Pre Order indicates that an item has been ordered from our suppliers & manufaturers but has not arrived yet & customers can pre order these items and be the first to receive them.

 

Back Order indicates that an item has arrived in stock but has sold out, customers can place these items on Back Order & they will be available with our next shipment.
 

Split Orders

 

If you have ordered Pre Order or Back Order items, you have an option on check out to Split your order.

 

If you chose this option then we will ship what stock we have available immediately & then send a second shipment to you when the Pre Order or Back Ordered items become available.

 

There is a small splitting fee of $5 which will be charged for this option, but you will pay no further shipping charges.

 

Our shipments from USA are aproximately a 6-8 week turn around so occassionaly you will need to wait for pre ordered or back ordered items, pre ordering hot new items is the best way to ensure that you receive them quickly as most pre orders are sold out before they arrive.

 

Order Dispatch

 

Products are immediately pulled from stock on receipt of your order & promptly dispatched on receipt of payment. Christina's Crafts generally process orders within 48 hours. On occasions when we are extremely busy please allow up to 7 days for dispatch of your order.
