By placing an order with us you are accepting these terms. These terms cannot be altered or waived without written consent by craftkitsonline.com.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site, craftkitsonline.com reserves the right to change and update the information without notice. All information is provided in good faith as to it’s accuracy. In the event that a mistake has been made by a supplier or the website administrator whilst updating the information or details contained within this site, such as photos of product, product specifications, inclusions, price, etc., craftkitsonline.com reserves the right to correct or update the information without notice. craftkitsonline.com or it’s parent company, Global E-Biz, will not accept liability for any loss or damage sustained out of using this website, purchasing from this website or for any person acting on incorrect information.

 

Placing an Order:

 

All orders placed through this web site are subject to acceptance and confirmation of payment by one of the approved payment methods by craftkitsonline.com. When confirmation of payment has been received the order(s) will be processed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will be a non reply automated e-mail.

 

Delivery:

 

Subject to availability, the goods will be dispatched to the address you specify in your order.

 

We aim to deliver within 4 days, however heavy demand on some items may mean longer lead times before shipment can be effected. Unless advised to the contrary, if your order has not arrived within the 4 days after placing your order you may contact us for more details.

 

Replacement and Returns:

 

If you have received a product which you feel is faulty you should notify us by either e-mail to urszula@craftkitsonline.com or inwriting to the address shown on our Contact Us page. Rreturns will not be accepted back by craftkitsonline.com without prior notification and authorisation. Returns will not be accepted because you don’t like the colour, shape, or if you change your mind, so please choose carefully and if in doubt…ask!

 

Shipping Rates and Information

 

All orders will attract a postal charge of AUD$6.00 per nominated delivery address anywhere in Australia for up to 499grams. For orders 500 grams and over the charge will be $10.00. Delivery should occur within 4 days of placing your order. (Please refer to the Terms and Conditions).
