What you will need to make these:

2 x Sterling Silver Headpins
2 x Sterling Silver Ear wires
2 x 10mm Swarovski Marguerite Lochrose Crystals
2 x 8mm Swarovski Marguerite Lochrose Crystals
2 x 6mm Swarovski Marguerite Lochrose Crystals
2 x 6mm Swarovski Cube Beads
2 x 4mm Swarovski Bicone Crystal Beads

To make these pretty earrings thread a Cube bead followed by the 10, 8 & 6mm flower beads. Top with the 4mm bicone and attach your headpin to your earwire. Repeat for the other earring.
