Our shop
Dreamit-Createit is an online store only.
We design and manufacture our own "Dreamit" chipboard albums, wooden products.

 

Wholesale information
We welcome wholesale stockists. Please submit the enquiry form in the contact us page,
for more information on stocking our "Dreamit-Createit" products in store.
We must set up a wholesaler for wholesale status before you place an order.
Postage/Delivery costs for wholesale customers may differ from below costs.

 

Payment
Dreamit-Createit accepts payments via paypal.

We also accept direct bank deposit payments from our Australian customers.
Payments by direct bank deposit must be received within 5 working days of placing the order, or the order will be cancelled.
Bank deposit also usually takes a few days to clear into accounts. Contact us for bank deposit details.

 

Order processing and delivery times
Once your payment is received, orders are processed within 3 business days. We use Australia Post to send our orders. Please see below for postage costs.

For orders posted internationally, Australia Post advises "usual delivery" time of up to 7 working days. The "usual delivery" is the estimated time
to deliver a standard letter between metropolitan areas of major cities. Times are longer for merchandise, large letters and parcels sent from or to non-metropolitan areas.

 

Postage
Shipping costs are based on a flatrate on the total/weight of the order. The method of shipping is selected during checkout.
In some instances, the postage may be less or more depending on weight of package.
We will advise if this differs from the selected shipping method the purchaser has chosen.

 

Postage within Australia
We post orders via Australia Post. Australia Post are responsible for delivery.
Registered Mail is available for an extra cost and requires a signature on delivery. Please contact us for costs.

Australia Regular postage: Starting from:
For orders up to $50 postage is $9.95.
For orders valued at over $200. Please contact us for shipping costs.

Other postage options are available on checkout, please select on checkout.

 

International Regular postage
We will post internationally using Australia Post Airmail service. To America, Canada, England and New Zealand.
Please contact us for international postage costs that aren't listed on checkout.We also offer the option of insuring your parcel for an additional cost.
For orders valued at over $150. Please contact us for shipping costs.

 

Returns
We will accept a return if the incorrect product was supplied or if there is a problem with a product.
Please notify Dreamit-Createit by email within 10 business days of receipt of your order.
Please include you name, invoice number and details of you enquiry in this email.
Dreamit-Createit respects the privacy and the integrity of any information that you provide us as a user of this website.

This Privacy Policy applies to Dreamit-Createit only. This will tell you how and why we gather personal and non-personal information about you.
