Beading classes
Come along and learn the techniques to make the jewellery you have seen and would like to learn how to make. All levels from beginners to advanced.
Teacher:
Grace Torcasio
Techniques covered are:
- Basic stringing – necklaces and bracelets using tigertail
- Earrings –a variety of different styles
- Pearl knotting – using silk cord
- Wire work – necklaces and bracelets
- Cord work – using cord, suede and leather
Classes are held each week in Collingwood on:
- Thursday afternoon: 1:30pm-3:30pm
- Sunday morning: 10:30am-12:30pm
- Class fee: Free. You only pay for the materials you use.
Seating is limited to a maximum of 6 per class, so bookings are essential by ringing or calling into the store. All changes need to be made within 7 days prior to the class. A 15% discount will be available on all goods purchased from the stores during the classes.
