Mud Cake

• Dark chocolate - Rich, thick dk or milk chocolate cake- very moist
• White chocolate - Lighter style of mud cake, using white chocolate
• Jaffa - Orange flavoured dk chocolate mud cake
• Caramel - Lighter style of mud cake, but big on caramle flavour

 

$10.00 surcharge applies to mud cakes as they are more expensive to produce. Each mud cake is combined with a creamy chocolate ganache, made from the finest Belgium chocolate. 

 

Chocolate Heaven

• Sinfuly full of chocolate flavour, but with half the guilt of a mud cake
• Medium texture, chocolate cake, layered with creamy chocolate butter cream

Vanilla

• Vanilla flavoured cake, filled with a rich, light vanilla butter cream

 

Carrot Cake

• Light carrot cake, with a hint of orange, filled with either vanilla bean butter cream or Vanilla cream cheese filling

 

Banana Cake

• Light banana cake, filled with either vanilla bean butter cream or vanilla bean cream cheese filling

Banana Caramel Cream Cake

• For all those lovers of Banana Caramel Cream Pie. Banana cake, layered with rich caramel & vanilla butter cream

 

Chocolate & Orange

• Light, chocolate & orange cake, layered with creamy chocolate & orange butter cream

 

Continental Cream

• Choice of Vanilla or chocolate cake, layered with a rich Vanilla flavoured continental cream

 

Lemon Delight

• Light lemon cake, filled with tangy lemon butter cream

 

Honey & Spice

• Lightly spiced sponge cake, filled with honey butter cream

 

Orange Cake

• Light orange sponge, soaked with Contreau' syrup & layered with orange butter cream

 

Orange & Almond

• Orange & almond cake, filled with vanilla bean cream cheese (Gluten Free)

Coffee Cake

• Light coffe sponge, filled with coffee butter cream

 

Tiramisu

• Coffee sponge, soaked with strong espresso coffee, layered with alcohol filled custard cream

• Seductively red light chocolate cake, filled with vanilla bean butter cream

Egg Free Cake
