Borosilicate (Pyrex) Glass

Momka's Borosilicate Glass Rods
Rods are 1/2 metre long and weigh approx 25 gram to 50 gram. 1/4 lb is equal to 113.4 grams.
Momka's Borosilicate Glass has a C.O.E of 32-33.
Annealing temperature 560-570oc.

Moretti (Effetre) Glass

Moretti Glass Rods are 1 metre long.
Effetre Moretti Glass has a C.O.E. 104. Annealing Temperature 480-500°c.
Fusing Temperature approx 720c.
Slumping Temperature approx 620°c.
Alabaster and Opal glasses are not compatible with each other or other glasses. If they are mixed, care should be taken and only to use thin overlays or trails.

Woodrow Bead Kiln Digital Multi Function Controller:
- Lining is made with ceramic fibre board. It has quartz elements to prevent accidental electric shock when placing things in the kiln. The door has a cutout switch to turn elements off when door is open. Compact, light design – easy to pick and move. Built in controller for ramp and dwell settings. Suitable for glass. Can be fitted with two alternate elements for ceramics or porcelain – higher temperature settings. The kiln is made in Australia. It has a 1 year warranty.
