We are introducing a new reward for classes. Each teacher will have a raffle for their class. To have tickets in the raffle you need to book and pay in advance for the class. That is, if you book in 3 weeks in advance then you will receive 3 tickets in the draw, if you book in 2 weeks then you receive 2 tickets and 1 week you will receive 1 tickets.

 

Booking Conditions

1. Payment is required upon making a booking
2. If you need to cancel a full refund can be credited to your account or transferred to another booking if more than 24 hours notice is given. Funds will be forfeit after this time as classes and crops (Scrap n Yaps) are prepared according to the number of bookings and it can be difficult to fill that space at short notice.
3. Funds cannot be refunded in cash or eftpos

 

Class requirements and Information

1. Scrap It Flaunt It will provided most or some of the products required for a class unless stated otherwise.
2. Classes will require you to bring a ‘Basic Tool Kit’
3. The use of Tools and Machines are included in the cost

 

BASIC TOOL KIT
Trimmer, Scissors, Ruler, Pencil, Eraser, Double sided adhesive tape, Pens, cutting Mat, Glossy Accents, black or Brown Ink, Glue, Sand Paper or Sanding Block, Tweezers, Craft knife, Foam or Paint Brush.

 

Kids School Holidays Fun
Mum’s take advantage of our teachers to give you a break these holidays, we are running 4 classes and 2 crops. Drop the kids in and go have a coffee next door or up the road. Please note that children under the age of 8 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Maggie’s Pocket Book Album - $20
Tuesday 6th July - 1pm
Send the kids along for this fun class were they get to play with paper, embellishments and ink… and you don’t have to clean up the mess! All they need to bring with them is 6 photos that can be cropped, their tool kit and some PVA glue.

 

Paula’s Cork Mini Album - $20
Thursday 8th July - 10.30am
Paula has come up with an album where cork and chipboard collide. We will have more details for you next week.

 

Maggie’s Surprise Class - $20
Tuesday 13th July - 1pm
Using some stunning patterned papers, photos and embellishments create a natty mini album that can be displayed on the coffee table.

 

Cards with Paula - $10
Thursday 15th July - 10.30am
Play with stamping and some other funky ideas to create 4 great cards.

 

Junior Scrap N Yaps - $5
Friday 9th July and Friday 16th July - 1pm - 4pm
Kids, come and have fun working on your own pages and projects. You need to bring your scrapbook supplies, photos, ideas and tools. The girls in the shop will be here to supervise and give you ideas, but this is not a structured class.

That Car Layout with Leonie - $25
Saturday 12th June - 12.30 pm
Leonie has created another beautiful layout, this time you will be working with Tim Holtz Crackle Paint, Acetate and metal embellishments.

 

Monthly Classes

Leonie’s Book of Heritage - $25
Saturday, 3rd July - 12.30pm - Living in the 70’s
Saturday, 7th July - 12.30pm - Dreams

Join Leonie in her monthly class where she introduces you to her inspiring style. You will learn the tricks to creating your own “Book of Heritage” as well as a new technique on the first Saturday of each month. Leonie working with photos from “the olden days” as my children would say, that is the 70’s!!!

 

Cricut Introductory Class - $15
Sunday 25th July - 10.00am
We are getting Jodie out of bed for this one. Learn how to care for your Cricut Machine, Cartridges and Mats. Learn all the basic functions and tricks to completing a Cricut layout.
Purchase a Cricut Machine with us and receive your Introductory Class for free. This class will be held once a month before the Cricut Club, why not book in for both.

 

The Cricut Club with Jodie - $25
Sunday 25th July - 12.30pm
Jodie will create a layout using one of the wonderful Cricut fonts. Explore the font and discover its many uses. Sounds like fun doesn’t it? Maximum of 8 students.

 

Weekly Classes

Ladies Technique and Crop Class
Tuesdays 10 – 12.30pm $15
Each week Maggie and Jodie will teach you a new technique using tags to create your technique library. The first ½ hour to hour of the class is learning with the following time to enjoy scrapping your own pages. Coffee and Cake included!

 

Kids Crops - $10
Primary - 3.30pm – 5.00 pm
High School - 5.00pm – 6.30pm
Yes a time for the young ones to get their scrap pages up to date. Maggie will guide the children as they create magnificent pages for their albums. No formal teaching is completed in this class. Please note that children under the age of 8 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Quilting & Patchwork - Weekly on Tuesday Nights 6.30pm – 8.30pm $15.00
Alternating Fortnightly on a Friday Afternoon 1.00 – 3.00pm $15.00

Join Karen as she teaches you the basics of this wonderful craft. Bring your machines and materials and start creating masterpieces that will forever be in your family .

Join our wonderful ladies as they spend time together working on their pages, cards and other creative outlets. Bring your own supplies, tools and creativity while still being able to purchase from the shop while scrapping. Cake and Coffee included

 

Maggie’s Friday Card Class - $15
Every Friday 10.00am – 12.30pm
Maggie takes you on a journey of discovering the many different styles of cards. Each three weeks Maggie will show you a new style and the tools you need to create wonderful cards. Class includes materials to make a card each week, with time to play if you wish.

 

Scrap N Yaps
Fortnightly on a Saturday 5.00pm – 11.00pm - $10
Join us in our spacious workroom where you can enjoy a fun night full of laughs and inspiration as you create pages that will complete your albums. We can now sit 20 people, with a table all to yourself. Use our tools including a Cricut, Sizzix, Sewing Machine, A3 Printer and much more. Bring your own consumables and tools and enjoy a great night. Supper is included !!Mark these dates in your diary and call to reserve your table -

Family Crops
