Silhouette Design: How to Order?
To place an order, continue through to checkout, where you will see we accept payment by credit card, direct deposit, money order or cheque. Our website is a secure site, so you can use your credit card safely. However, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Please note, if you change or cancel your order, we do not issue a refund, a credit note with an expiry date will be issued instead.
At Silhouette Design, we only send orders via a registered postal service.
Within Australia, this is most commonly an Express Post satchel which can hold up to 1/2kg in weight. Although these satchels seem expensive, they ensure peace of mind for both yourself and us as they are easily tracked anywhere in Australia. We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels sent via ordinary mail.
Postage and packaging costs are $10.00 for parcels weighing under 500 grams, and $14.00 for parcels weighing 500 grams to 3kg. All items are wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap for their safety.
For overseas customers, we are more than happy to send you a quote via email before you finalise your purchase. We recommend a tracked service, or one that includes insurance. Please email us with your location and we will organise a quote outlining your options.
