QUESTION 1: How do I order a Stanley bear?

Answer...We use a fully secure, on-line ordering system through which you can pay using your credit card or by cheque/check or internet banking transfer. Just click on the 'Buy It Now' shopping cart button on each bear's page to complete your order, with each order individualised with postage for your country. (click on link at right top for more).

 

QUESTION 2: Can I Layby/Lay Away a bear?

Answer...You most certainly can...Please contact us directly by phone or by email for the bear you wish to lay away letting me know  how much you wish to pay as a deposit. For future payments, you can simply e-mail me, advising me of how much each installment is you want to pay at that time, and I will put a charge through on your credit card for the amount of each payment (or you can send me a cheque).

 

QUESTION 3: How is my bear shipped?

Answer...We use Australia Post for all our shipping—fully registered and insured within Australia; and Air, Mail fully insured with Delivery Confirmation for overseas. All of our bears are shipped in fully approved Australia Post containers for maximum security.

 

QUESTION 4: Are all bears immediately available?

Answer...In most cases, yes...but if I don't have a particular bear in stock when you order it, I will advise you of an anticipated delivery date if I have to make one for you. This normally takes take six to eight weeks depending on availability of materials.

QUESTION 6: Are your bears suitable for children?

I do not use lead shot or pellets, but some of my bears do have glass eyes and are unsuitable for kiddies under 5 years of age. However, my Grandparents Choice bears are perfectly safe for children of all ages.
