Beginners Machine Quilt Sampler
This 8-week series of classes is designed for the absolute beginner.

 

Bring along your own machine and learn all the techniques to make and assemble your first quilt. Includes quilting and binding. You will complete a cot/lap sized quilt in this time. This course is the best starting point for the new quilter.

 

Cost is $120 plus requirements as per list available when you book
in and pay the deposit.

 

• Wednesday Evening 7pm-9.30pm commencing 3rd February
• Saturday Afternoon 1.30pm—4pm commencing6th February

 

G.I.F.T. Club (Give Interesting Fabric Things)

Each Month we make a small item suitable for gifts for those most deserving, that is if you can bear to part with them! Simple bags, tablerunners, all sorts of things really.

 

• Cost $20/session or 6-sessions for $100

 

There are currently no places available however we will keep a waiting list and if anyone cancels you can take their place. Please ask in store for further information.

 

NB We will offer a pattern only version of GIFT club this year due to popular request. You can sign up and we will send you the pattern in the post each month.

 

• Cost $15 includes postage.

 

UFO Groups

Come along and work on any project you want to get finished, but perhaps need a little bit of guidance to do so. Bring your machine and your work and join us for conversation, inspiration, or just likeminded company and friendship.

This class is also suitable if you want to commence a new project and need a little help getting started. Bookings are required.

 

• $15.00 per session or buy a 6-session card for $70
• Second Tuesday morning of the month 9.30am-12md
• First Saturday morning of each month 9.30am-12md

 

Please Note:

 

If you are unable to make the class or cancel your booking your deposit is not refundable. You may send someone else in your place though. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting time to be ready to start on time.

We try really hard to offer great classes at affordable prices, however we can only continue to do so with your support. We would prefer you to purchase your fabrics for classes from The Quilters’ Corner, and to show our appreciation for your support, we will offer a discount of 10% on your class requirements.
