Frosta Design

Frosta Design produces crochet kits and hand crocheted products made from soft tricot materials. They started producing kits because they wanted to make it easier for everyone to join in the fun of crocheting! Since it was launched these products in January 2008, interest has been steadily growing.

Frosta Design recently won the Formex Formidable Prize, at the largest trade fair for interior design in the Nordic countries, Formex. They work primarily with local suppliers and their tricot off-cuts are bi-products of the tricot industry in Europe.

A crochet kit contains everything that you need to make one of the products – tricot off-cuts, a crochet needle and a pattern. The collection contains smaller and larger products such as baskets in different sizes and shapes, slipper, pot-holders and mats. The products come in grey and off-white.
