Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Debit and Cheque Payment Options

For credit card payment select the PayPal option (no PayPal account is necessary). If you already have a Paypal account, please select PayPal and login to your PayPal account. Direct debit and cheque posting information will be sent to you with your order confirmation.

 

Credit Card Not Accepted (what to do)

  • Use another card (if you have a 2nd credit card).
  • Make sure you have entered the card details and Card Verification Code (CVC).
  • Check with your bank and see if your card can be used for online purchase. Some cards, cannot be used for internet transactions. If this is the case, you need to apply for a virtual card from the bank.

Gift Wrapping

Australian Girl™ dolls arrive in a stunning gift box, in a poly bag inside an outer mailing box. We can gift wrap the gift box in beautiful paper and ribbon. Accessories arrive in a poly bag and attractive mail box. We can gift wrap the contents of mail boxed items in beautiful paper and ribbon. Just select the gift wrapping option at ordering. All gift wrapping is $5 per item.

Is the Australian Girl online store area secure?

Our online store is a secure server. To protect your personal and credit card information, the details you enter are encrypted by your browser before being transmitted. Note, the key or padlock at the bottom or top of your browser window will indicate the secure mode.

 

How do I place an online order?

Simply browse our site for the item you need. Click on the "Online Shopping" to purchase a single item, or several items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to basket" button. Follow the instructions to check out. Check your shopping cart, and check out at any time by clicking on the "check out" button.

 

Can I change an order?

We are sorry but this is not possible. Once your order is placed it is in the system and cannot be changed. However you may return your unused order for immediate refund or exchange. We regret we can not refund delivery charges or postage costs for returns.

How long does it take to process an online order?

Usually orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days depending on the day and time of day the order was placed. If you have an urgent order please send us an email, identifying yourself and order clearly and we will do our best to fast track your order. If you wish to pay for express delivery we can give you a separate quotation and arrange this.

 

Larger quantity ordering

If you are a registered business and wish to purchase at wholesale prices we can let you know the minimum order quantities, just give us a call. We cannot offer discounts on retail prices.

 

Out of Stock

If an item is listed in the e-store as 'out of stock' this means we will be receiving more stock and will supply the item as soon as it arrives. ‘Sold out’ means the item will not be restocked and is no longer available.

 

Privacy

We will only use your personal data to process your order and provide you with excellent personalised service. We do not loan, rent or sell your personal information to any other party.

 

Postage and Shipping

Postage and handling within Australia is based on Australia Post prices with one rate for Western Australia and a common rate for interstate shipment.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All Australian Girl™ products may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Return within 7 days of receiving for an immediate refund or exchange.

 

We regret we can not refund delivery charges or postage costs for returns.

 

All Australian Girl™ products have been subject to high quality control. Except in the unlikely instance of a performance problem Items that are returned must be in new and unused condition and secured in undamaged and original packaging or refunds cannot be made. No extra postage will be charged for replacement should a product be faulty.

 

Before you return your item please contact us by sending an email or call us stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number. We will give you an authorisation number for your return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.

 

We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. It is advisable to insure, use a trackable carrier or if mailed from an Australian Post Office keep your receipt as proof you have mailed your return.

 

Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase.

Australian Girl™ dolls have been tested by an independent laboratory and certified as compliant with Australian toy safety standards.

 

Shipping outside Australia

Express Courier International (ECI) is our standard method of sending Australian Girl dolls and accessories to destinations outside Australia and it provides the following:

 

  • Premium streaming and handling in Australia for connection with priority international airline flights
  • Fully scanned tracking in most developed countries
  • Courier or express postal delivery in destination country
  • Signature recorded on delivery

 

USA customers have the choice of using ECI or Standard Airmail which does not provide the above benefits.

 

If your country is not on the shopping cart destination address list we regret we are unable to ship to you.

 

Taxes and importation duties outside Australia
 

Please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any duties and imposts in their own country. The correct values and nature of shipments will be included in any necessary documentation.
