The story goes, plan early and everything will be fine, it just so happens work committments sent us from Darwin to live in Victoria. All plans go out the window and the engagement and 30th birthday my partner and I had planned now needed to be planned in Victoria as our tight work schedual did not permit us to leave.

So plans began for our combined party, venues organised invitations sent and all the small bits and pieces done. Then when going over what we had organised we remembered the cake, panic!!!! who would I get to do our cake. The only person that had done cakes for me was Gayle and well she was all the way up north. We looked around and got some prices on what we had already organised for Gayle to do, and to our suprise the price difference was huge.

So now it was time to sum up the cost and we came to a decision. We would fly Gayle to Victoria, afterall she was the best cake decorator I knew and for complete peace of mind we decided this was the best option.

Well the day came and the party began the cakes were fantastic and everyone that was there would have had Gayle booked out for a year if she lived in Victoria.

We hope to have you here again when we get married, Thank you so much Gayle for giving us the best cakes ever and being able to share this special occassion with us.

For our wedding in July 2008 Gayle created a six tier cake created from patty cakes with the top layer being a solid cake. Each patty cake had a different decoration and was very original, impressing all that viewed. One of the important parts for us was that Gayle was happy to listen to us and make the cake as we desired rather than making a 'standard wedding cake'. The cake was completed and set up with time to spare which allowed us to concentrate on other things. Another important thing was that the cake was delicious.... It was a pleasure to have Gayle create our wedding cake and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Hi Gayle WOW! Thank you so much for making our beautiful cake (sea theme & fisher topper) it was actually one of the highlights of my day everyone said it was the best cake they had seen and it was perfect. I can't thank you enough on how great it looked and tasted, I will be recommending your services to anyone. I have the topper on top of our TV as a daily reminder. It has been hectic since being married and now back at work, our last lot of rellies left on Sunday so only had a few days with the hubbie. We have been together for 11 years so not much has changed though wish we went on a honeymoon now! Anyway thanks so much again, I can't express our thanks enough on how great it looked.

Hi Gayle, Sorry for taking so long in thanking you for the fantastic "Heat Blast" cake formy son Matthew. All the children at the party were into Ben 10 & they allthought it was really cool. The parents were very impressed too. I would also like to thank you for the Pokemon cake that you did for my eldest son Dylan, hethought it was great and so did his friends.
