FAQ

Payments:

• Payment by direct bank deposit (preferred payment method for Australian customers). Please email me for details.
• Payment by Mastercard or Visa accepted for telephone orders.
• Payment by Australian money order. Please email for address details. Order will not be mailed until the money order has been processed.
• Unfortunately, I do not accept payments by cheque.
• Our shopping cart payment processor is PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card and PayPal payments. All payments are processed on secure servers, a small lock will appear on the right hand side of your bottom computer task bar.
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include shipping and handling. GST does not apply.

Postage:

• All orders will be shipped by Australia Post and Australia Post International.
• All International orders will be individually calculated, please email for details.
• Items in stock will be mailed within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock I will advise by email of the likely delivery time.
• The delivery time for items made to order or on consignment will be advised at receipt of order.
• For any information regarding shipping, insurance or Express postage please feel free to contact me.

Returns and Refunds:

• Products may only be returned if faulty and within 30 days of purchase. I do not exchange or give credit if you just change your mind or order the wrong product.
• No returns on kits or patterns (due to copyright).
• If you are unhappy with a product you have bought from me please contact me in writing giving the invoice number and reason. No return items will be accepted unless I have given a returns authority. All products must be in excellent condition and in the original packaging to be considered for a credit.
• Please note: No money will be refunded - a credit will be given to purchase another product. Credits need to be used in one purchase but can be made up of more than one product. No postage costs will be included in the credit.
• No refund/credit will be given to special custom orders.
