How Do I Pay?
Placing an order with Funky Fabrix could not be easier. We are open 24/7 so you are able to purchase at any time you have the itch to shop. Simply add the items to your cart (remember to place quantity required at this time). When you have finished shopping just click on the view cart button at the top home page to the right.
Your order will then be processed by our secure server. Australian buyers can pay using Paypal, Money Order or Bank Deposit. International buyers can pay by credit card using Paypal.
We choose to operate using PayPal which is one of the safest and most recognized (with over 150 million users worldwide) ways to shop online as they offer independent security and buyer’s protection. A leader in security technology PayPal uses state of the art fraud prevention to stop cyber crime. As a fraud prevention measure you will receive an email for every online payment you make with PayPal, your transactions are also covered by PayPals Buyer Complaint Policy.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Ensuring that our customers are totally satisfied is extremely important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise an exchange or store credit for you, as long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition.
Please note that we only offer exchange on cut fabric more than one metre and cut in 50cm increments.
We do ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason you will be returning the fabric.
All returned products must be:
- unused, unopened and in original condition
- clean and undamaged
- returned within 14 days of delivery
- in a saleable condition upon return.
You are responsible for the postage cost of returning the goods by registered post. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. You are also responsible for postage costs of replacement.
Once goods have been returned, we will then send an invoice for postage of replacement order, and your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Please note that there are no exchanges given on patterns, books or sale goods or cut fabric under one metre and under.
Should there be a problem with your order, such as damage in transit, manufacturing faults or the like, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send you an addressed stamped envelope to return the goods to us. Upon receiving returned goods, we will immediately organise a replacement order to be sent to you. Please note that we cover all postage costs in these circumstances.

Pricing and Sizes
Please note that all prices are per half metre (per 19inches) unless otherwise noted. All fabrics will be sent as a continuous piece.
Minimum cut is 1/4 metre (enter .5 when purchasing), and we can only send in increments of 25cm (so please enter quantity of .5, 1.5, 2. 2.5 etc).
Purchase .5 and you will receive 25cm x width, purchase 1 and you will receive 50cm x width etc.
