Shipping

 

We are dedicated to ensuring you receive your parcel in the best possible condition and all orders are processed within 2 working days after receipt of payment. All products are wrapped in plastic to protect from weather conditions and placed between strong cardboard to prevent creasing and crumpling. We take all care in packaging your order to ensure that you will receive it safely, however hArtymoments cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during transit.

 

When payment has been made by Direct Deposit, please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account.

 

Orders are generally shipped by Australia Post, however we reserve the right to select any carrier of our choice.

 

  • international shipping – will be shipped by either Air Mail or Economy Mail.

 

NB: Due to the high volume of orders that we now recieve, please be patient as we try and get through everyones orders.
 

Postage Rates Within Australia
 

Postage is FREE for all orders over $50.00 to anywhere in Australia.
Orders under $50 attract a standard postage charge of $6.00. Registered post is available upon request for an additional charge of $2.60. Please select this option at check out.

 

*hArtymoments highly recommends that customers utilise registered post (insurance) to protect your order during transit.

All international orders are shipped air mail and generally take 4-14 business days for delivery. Occasionally, there may be delays with international mail due to circumstances beyond our control. If you order has not been delivered within the suggested time frame, please check thoroughly with your local post office before contacting us.

 

Other international costs

 

In some cases, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied on some shipments when they reach your country. These additional charges are beyond our control and must be paid by you. They are generally based on the monetary value of the goods. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. To avoid unnecessary charges, please contact your local customs office for more information and to determine the tax exemption limit for goods entering your country.

 

Out of stock items

hArtymoments makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand. This occasionally leads to some items being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, please be assured we will be making every effort to have them back in stock as soon as possible.

All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart when it is registering as 'in stock' but by the time you check out, it may no longer be available. This may occur when someone else has also ordered the same product and completed the transaction before you. While we make every effort to stock sufficient quantity of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control. When this does occur, you will be notified before the checkout procedure is complete and you will be given the opportunity to edit your order. If for some reason an item is no longer available and you have completed the checkout procedure, you will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and a replacement product will be selected or a refund will be issued before your order is shipped.
