Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Authorisation for exchange, refund or credit must be made to us in writing prior to you sending back the item(s). Please email us for authorisation.
- hArtymoments will pay for all shipping costs.
- Credit will not apply to items that are damaged in transit.
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- You must advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your package.
