Payments

Payments can be made by Credit card (through Paypal), cheque ( funds to be cleared before goods despatched ) or direct credit ( items despatched when bank confirms receipt ). Direct credit (EFT) details will be provided on your invoice.

Please note: International customers will be invoiced by email when postage costs are confirmed. International customers should select the "PayPal for International customers" payment method during checkout.

Postal charges

Standard post - Flat fee of $5.50 Australia wide. Scrap in the box can not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. If you require something more secure, please use the registered option. All orders over $50.00 will automatically be sent registered post at no additional cost.

Registered post - Flat fee of $8.50 Australia wide (for orders under $50.00).

Express post - please contact us for pricing

International post - Orders placed from outside Australia will be charged postage at cost. We will email you to confirm postage costs before processing your order.

Orders

All orders are packed on the receipt of cleared funds and are shipped by Australia Post. The website should show accurate stock controls, however if an item you have selected is out of stock, you will be notified by email before your order is processed.

Returns

Incorrect orders should be notified by email within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. If you wish to return a correctly ordered item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When the item is received and is in "as sold" condition a refund will be given. A full refund will be given on faulty items.

Newsletter

Our newsletter will automatically be sent to you, it will consist of new product information and special offers. If you would like to unsubscribe, please use the unsubscribe link on the newsletter.
