DELIVERY

Within Australia

Orders to within Australia are sent via Australia Post.

Australia Post may take 7 business days to deliver depending on where you live.If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, Australia Post will redirect your order to your local Post Office. A note will be left in your letter box to notify you that your order is awaiting for pick up.

WE REGISTER ALL OUR PARCELS.

We aim to ship your order out within 10 days. We will notify you via email if there are any expected delays.

Outside Australia

Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 5-7 business days. Delivery may delay during the Craft shows.

• Within Australia
• Standard Registered (5 to 7 working days)
• Outside Australia
• Express International (7 days)

Postage can be caculated in my cart or before finalise your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Eway: We accept either Visa or Mastercard. We use a secure server - this means it is safe for you to enter your details via the website.
• Cheque: Please send it to The Quilting Heart, P.O.Box 257 Frenchs Forest NSW 1640
• Bank Deposit Bank details will show up on screen after placing the order.
• Paypal

MINIMUM ORDER:
Within Australia: a minimum purchase of $20, excluding freight.
Outside Australia: a minimum purchase of $50, excluding freight.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you received, they can be returned for an exchange or credit.  Item must be unused and returned in 7 days of purchase.

Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.
