How long does delivery take?
Providing the items you ordered are in stock, orders will be processed within 48 hours of the order being received. Delivery time will be dependent upon your chosen delivery method, Australia Post surface mail generally takes 1 night to local addresses, and 2-3 nights for long distance deliveries. If you chose Express Post, it is guaranteed overnight delivery to capital cities and some major regional centres. International orders can take up to 10 days in transit, dependent upon the delivery method chosen. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you fear your order is taking longer than anticipated.

How much does postage and handling cost?
Your postage will be added automatically to your order when you check out. Postage and handling depends on the size of your order by weight and where it will be posted to. To see how much your postage is, proceed to check-out with your items in the cart on our website.

Are packages insured?
Packages may be insured and registered on request and at an extra cost of $2.50 within Australia for items up to $100. Please select this option on check out if you wish your package to be registered. If you would like your International order to be insured please contact us when placing your order.

Will there be additional levies charged to my purchase?
There will be no additional fees if delivered within Australia. For International deliveries please contact your local customs authorities.
